Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to bind your organisation.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to send spam, malware or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- You are responsible for the content and conversations you process through the Service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Customer data
You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by StudAI Engage and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudAI Engage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by applicable local law. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
